So, what's the general consensus on klowns? Can't say I'm a huge fan - not really scared of them but wouldn't be top of my list for a Costa or a beer down the local.

Well, after a recent run of good fortune of trying new stuff I guess I was due a bad one....and this surely is it.

Looking at the profile I was thinking a Red Astaire clone - might get some a little different and if it is like RA (and much cheaper...) then that's a right result too.

Let's start with the positives - the flavours are very muted and it has a really harsh after taste. Yep, those are the positives. There seems to be a smidge of burnt tire going on in the background too. Sad to say, I really cannot find anything positive to say about this one at the moment. Remember the glory days of Poundland juices? Imagine getting those delicious fruit wonders into concentrate form and then chucking in a harsh kind of menthol and then being able to mute all of the flavours and that is pretty much what we've got.

Who knows? Maybe after another 8 week Andy miracle steep this might turn in to something amazing. I somehow doubt it.

I've been delighted with a huge number of the ELFC own range I've tried recently - but I, appreciating individual subjectivity, try to review fairly. This one ain't for me.

Summary? "A waste of good VG"

Question please - I see a lot of posts from Vape-it and having looked at their website they have some very nice looking stuff but I'm struggling to find any reviews - has anyone tried them (Black or white range)? Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Although I've bought a fair amount from Vape-it Andy, I have to confess to not trying anything from those ranges . . . . being the cheapskate savvy shopper I am, my purchases have been from their sale items. Where on the whole, I've had considerably more hit flavours than those that aren't for me.

But! I do tailor the shortfills ( from anyone ) to my own ' robust ' tastes - first they get the lick test, just to gauge how strong/weak the flavours are. If they appear on the tame side, then I just add some naughty strength nicotine base to the mix and nothing else, so my finished volumes are around 52-55ml, rather than 60ml. That works for me.

Whether that's of any use to you I dunno, but hope it made sense.
