Just felt that I should post that I just received SUPERB and very quick customer service from Lauren at Fogstar. I had an issue with a faulty charger that I purchased from them but it was out of warranty. She went above and beyond to assist, with very satisfactory results. Agreed, they a so reputable. Great service Agreed, but when they sorted me out re. OUT OF WARRANTY charger, I thought that was excellent.... and above what could be reasonably expected. |
