I want to mix up some e liquid, at 50/50 vg/pg, 12mg final strength. I'm using 20% Pg based concentrate and 18mg nicotine. Any suggestions to achieve this?

The shortfall in PG is so slight I'd doubt you'll notice it.

This is pretty close:
(20ml of 18mg/ml nic 50/50) + (4ml of plain VG) and (6ml of flavouring)
