may well change in the next uk government update but we will have to wait and see. hopefully also dump the max 2ml tank size as well.
but as said, if its got nic in it 10ml is max size bottle and 20mg max strength and they all have to go through testing first.
zero nic is not included so that why shortfills were invented to get around the law. adding one 18mg nic shot to 50ml of zero nic will make 60ml at 3mg.

I generally make a 2l nicotine base for myself , which lasts quite a while and a few times a year a 5l base for a friend

Not bragging BUT before prr passed away In May 2018 we froze God knows how many bottles of 72mg nicotine.
Put it this way almost 4 years later I'm still digging to the bottom of the freezer to unearth nicotine!!

Living in China - there are zero Nic restrictions of course - once you actually manage to source a company that is - BUT sales of directly related Ecig hardware and juice have been banned on the main online shopping platforms for the Chinese maianland for about 4 years now - so mods, attys, pods and liquid - but independent ecig websites are allowed as are Bricks and Mortar shops.
I buy my nic directly from a pharma company - same with my flavours here - Capella and nic from one - and the PG/VG and other flavours (Halo tobaccos etc) from the other.
They are on FB and deliver Worldwide with Customer solution focused service!

To clarify - by Zero Nic restrictions - I mean I can buy 0-800mg here

this made me smile....I've still got about 10 year's-worth for me and Mrs. G-J still in the freezer
