yup. theve miised lots of options out but just tick dont know then fill the box out explaing what you want to say. some of it is total crap. option of should fines be given to those that sell to children with options of £100 or £200 i said £5000 first offence and doubled if caught again and then licence removed from selling and not just vape, they need a warning so i said lose licence for selling lottery tickets and even fags and booze. they will soon think twice if theres a rish they are going to lose their licence. also said ban popup shops like the phone cases and vape. they are the ones that are causing the problems and only give licence to dedicated vape shops where kids are not allowed in. still doesnt solve the black market tossers though so trading standards need more funding to do more raids.

I have finally filled out the form, and yes some very leading questions. Vape shops should sell vapes and vapes only, none of this american candy or the latest drink craze. Unfortunatly I live in a very small market town in the new forest and the only vape shop except Tesco's and co-op sels nothing other than disposables, it doesnt help that he stocks what sell best rather than offer what will eventually become the next option. in this day and age why cant disposables have a battery that can be disconnected for disposal and the rest recycled not hard as we have mods that do it for us so a click and bayonet type connection would suffice else we go the pod route which will means all the circuitry and switch also get disposed as a battery. As an avid vaper and someone who rebuilds and makes their own juice, wouldnt it be great if you could buy a battery holder and a plethora of pod adapter that could be screw or connected to take your favourite pod system using the same battery. I know we have an industry 510 standard but do it for pods too would make things great for going onwards. On another note what is so different to disposables now to those that were out in the infancy of vaping, a cigalike had the feel, but a elf bar that has a similar battery dependency has more intense flavour due to its percentages and size, either way they were for all intent and purposes the same
