Wow! That's spooky Chrissie, a picture of my bruv as a young man with Duke our family rough Collie. Beautiful boys the pair of them were. I live in Yate Ripple . . . but I'd be happy to collect Batty and drive us over to you, hopefully he'd know where Midsomer Norton is . . . I've a horrendous sense of direction, even with Sat Nav. Am pretty tied up this week with one thing and another . . . but could probably do a day next week? That would be lovely if you could both come over and l will help with fuel cost in exchange for picking both your brains You will get to see how mad i am about the collie's as soon as you walk into my house, You let me know when suits you both and l will be available, l really appreciate this, Thanks to both of you welcome ripple home visits. I had that from steve and bel, it really was a big help and set me onto better things, and you make new friends too

hello ripple i stopped straight away with the e-cig but don't beat yourself up if it doesn't stop you first time as everyone is different and it may take you a little while but you will get there in the end all of a sudden you will feel like you do not want an analogue (proper ciggie) and that they taste like crap after a few days...just count the one's you don't smoke not the one's you do...you will be fine i am sure of it ...this is the most helpful forum i have ever been on ,there is always someone on who will help no matter what time of day you are having problems good luck with giving up the nasties simon

I smoked just 2 fags the day I made the switch-over, and none since then. I`m guessing that its different for everyone. Finding the right set-up with gear & juices seems to be the key.

The thing is is not to stress over it don't think of it as quittin, there are many of us that have taken to it instantly and some that cut down then eventually came off the cigs. You will find you use it more than a normal cig and that is because the body doesn't absorb the nicotine like smoking does so just keep vaping through it and we are all here to help and support you good luck

I will ask her and I am willing to bet my vaping gear on it that she has She is in Devon, but has lived up north etc, I will give you some clues, see if anything rings a bell and if you know her. so childish I know but I am childish #icon_rofl# Here goes-she and her husband have always had/shown/bred rough collies, they gave up showing for a bit due to health, she and I met six yrs ago as we bought litter mates Australian shepherds, she showed the Aussie a lot more than I did, sadly Pebbles died young of epilepsy, my girl has petit mals and hopefully it will never go full. Their Prefix is............. Sharrain, so you know her?

Not personally but have been at shows where they were (big shows) l am sure that Rifflesea know her and visa versa, in the near future l will be starting on a life long pedigree for Rifflesea from the first dog she ever owned upto the present day (hopefully) and this will take some real brain work on my part so the dosh l save from the e cigs will be well invested
