I just wanted to post an update on my "Little Crisis" I recently had. As you know from my previous posts, I was unsure whether I had a faulty battery, USB charger cable or mains adapter. After taking the advice from people on the forum, I contacted the vendor who I deliberately kept anonomous. The vendor replied to my email within 20 minutes (This was on Sunday!!) and he asked me to return the battery for testing. Unfortunately, in the meantime, my other Riva battery died too which meant I was reliant on my passthrough battery until today, when, I'm delighted to say that Jason at Vape Escape sent me a brand new battery I got the feeling Jason suspected the charger cable was at fault but he sent the new battery anyway I really just wanted to say what a brilliant vendor Jason at Vape Escape is. The service he provided for me and indeed provides for all of us is second to none. Thank you sooo much Jason I'm pleased to say (Hubby's not) I've now purchased a host of new stuff including a new cable and adapter and I will continue to add to my little collection to ensure I won't be caught out like this again. Thank you to you guys too for all the advice you gave me
