What a nightmare!!! I've posted off my "suspect" battery to the vendor to be checked but I've just got to work to find my other Riva battery, which I charged last night, is dead!!! Thankfully, I've brought my passthrough battery with me in case of emergency but I'm not sure how long that will last as I don't have the cable with me and I won't get home until after 5pm. It now looks like I could have a faulty charger cable or adapter plug so I'll have to get an order in quickly for some replacements. I've been going to order more stuff for weeks because I had a feeling something like this could happen but my hubby has been "nagging" about me spending too much money on my stuff so I've held off. Obviously, I waited too long

Nooooo Argh part of vaping is becoming deaf to any type of nagging you need a few tips from Karma, Queenie and the others of how to accidently forget to mention anything. Best one is Queenie telling her husband she swapped a LT for a Provari #icon_rofl#

Sue, golden rule, spares for your spares Hope you're battery lasts the day for you. If you are near a Tesco you could always pick a a disposable

That's a disaster..I usually carry a couple of old 650 mAh egos in my waist bag just for occasions like this..
You should be able to buy a USB cable for your passthrough from just about anywhere..Cheaper than buying a disposable..

I know you're all sooo right about this but I was trying to be good and manage on the very small kit that I had, trying to keep hubby happy. I've now told him I'm buying more stuff and thats the end of it!!! He's still a smoker and spends far more than I do and I just wish I'd put my foot down before this happened. I'm far too soft for my own good!!!

Macca
I've found a cable at work that fits into the bottom of my passthrough battery. Is there anything I need to check before I try to use it? I'm terrified in case I destroy this battery too ???

If it is a USB Battery Passthrough you got nothing to worry about as long the cable fits..

I'm definitely going to have to learn covert shopping skills Macca I wish there was a shop close to me where I could go and buy in person. It's amazing what you can sneak past him in your handbag!!! I think I'll start by getting any future orders delivered to work!! We both work at the same place but he doesn't see what the postie brings

I'm far too soft for my own good!!! My hubby is still smoking, mainly ready mades so even with my, slightly excessive, spending at times i'm no way spending as much as him, so i feel quite justified Get things sent to work or a neighbour, don't show him any new stuff, just use it like you've always had it and destroy the packaging quickly

Hi Karma My hubby smokes ready mades too and it costs around £60-£70 a week He's just whining at me for the sake of it and he knows I'm a soft touch so he gets away with it Even with everything I've bought today, my total spend this month is only £120-£130 so it's half what he spends Your right about getting stuff sent to work though. It can be smuggled into the house via my handbag and he'll never know about it
