I wish she would post on here, I don't really like saying too much on MSE

i was told by my dentist to stop smoking or lose teeth I seem to be developing problems but I can't turn the clock back now

steve loving the "pwovari" and the genesis mini but must get some mesh and wire your source is very cheap £10 all in I am not getting a big flavor will let you have a look tomorrow

ask the dentist re losing teeth after not smoking and she reckons it is the toxins leaving the gum and the amount of oxygen your gums can take have massivly improved so all the bad stuff is leaving incl teeth

My gums got sore after giving up the fags, but I've been using Tesco toothpaste for sensitive teeth ever since and it seems to have done the trick. I missed my last 6 monthly check up in February and it looks like I'll be missing the next one too due to financial problems, so I'm just hoping everything's OK. I haven't had to have any treatment for 5 years, so it would be typical for something to have happened now through stopping smoking.
