I thought for ages that I had a 1/2 pack of lamberts lying in a cupboard , turns out my daughter had smoked them all before she got her ego kit .. sheesh , I agree with having a good strong menthol about . Seems to hit the spot even when you are having a bad taste bud day

I listened to a Paul McKenna stop smoking tape and he did this hypnosiswhere he got me to imagine a really old lorry, that was pumping stinky noxious fumes out the exhaust....then he said to imagine putting my mouth round the exhaust pipe and sucking on it until I felt physically sick. Next he said that each time I smoked a cigarette I must remember sucking on the tail pipe of that old bus and that as I started to associate sucking on a tail pipe with smoking a cigarette, my desires for fags would go away...

I did go along with what he said and I did lose the desire to smoke cigarettes, but not sure whether it was the thought of sucking on a tail pipe or what!

I haven't tried the.menthol trick.

I have an occasional one or 2 depending..have vaped.so much though past day or so not even craving and perfectly happy sitting here vaping my 10mg own mix.

I have to be relapsing to actually buy any though and then the price makes me only buy 1/2 oz and no more. So.used to not having to worry about the cig budget anymore. That to me is.freedom..:-D

Well yesterday was a real test. Havent had any analogues for ages but yesterday was a horrible day. Had cravings all day too but ..... Made it through. Didn't have a nasty. Vaping is fab #icon_veryhappy#
