Have you tried Topiramate (Topamax) migraine preventative tablets QB? I take them every day and don't have migraines as often as I used to.

I never had those fuzzy TBO I only had migraines once in a blue moon but they have recently become annoying and frequent  . |

Went to docs yesterday I have got to keep a migraine diary for the next 3 months as she suspects it may be the pill and she prescribed me maxalt 10mg only 6 tablets so I presume they are very good  I have also stopped taking my pill just to see if it is that . |

Didnt she offer you the mini pill ? I dont know if i would be brave enough to stop taking the pill because I would probably end up with a 7lb migraine lol The Maxalt are good and its great she has not made you go through the tryiing all the junk first Hopefully you get it all sorted out soon Queenie |

Queenie,if one of your triggers is cheese,read the labels on everything you eat.You would be suprised at the things they put cheese into,eg, salad dressing.Always wondered why i got one after eating salad and wraps,lots contain hard cheese,which is very strange considering its liquid.Some weightwatchers meals contain the same thing,tut.
