Just to add to the condom vid. That fill is a bit quick, you need to push the carto down slowly until the liquid domes at the top, then leave it to soak in for a minute or so then do the same again and again etc. When full, blow through from the mouth end into tissue to clear any excess, fit drip tip and enjoy, or not as the case may be. Don't rush it and you should end up with a nicely soaked carto which should vape well, keep topped up until it shuffles of this mortal coil.

Any advantage in leaving them to 'steep' for a period of time?

Without being complacent . . . Speaking as someone who merrily chugged away on 40/50 cigarettes a day and would still be doing so, were it not for ecigs. If there are shown to be any health risks from the ejuice we vape, then it's a calculated risk that I'm more than happy to take. Here, here Perps. I couldn't agree more. I'm getting a bit tired of reading from some (not here) that because the effects of long-term vaping are unknown, I could be killing myself! Hello? So because the long-term effects of smoking tobacco are known it's perfectly OK to kill myself, perfectly legally, with the known? After 2.5 years vaping I feel terrific and dread the day I may be forced to stop. Fox

As this isn't exactly a new members introduction type of thread, I'm moving it to general vaping discussions

Same here I'm happy to take that small risk (if any) just to keep off the nasties
