Awww lovely pics we are a bit sad today in our household as the fox got two of our chickens  RIP Norris and Yeager, we started with 5 last may and now down to one, she is going to be lonely tonight in her coop Jules |

Awww lovely pics we are a bit sad today in our household as the fox got two of our chickens RIP Norris and Yeager, we started with 5 last may and now down to one, she is going to be lonely tonight in her coop Jules I can honestly say I've never been so gutted as when we lost 3 of ours to a fox, and it makes you so angry!! Sorry to hear that Jules My Hubby is gutted as he really loves his chickens... we shall have to get some more from the rescue people soon before the one that is reamaining gets too lonely on her own |

I know who to ask for advice now when I clear the rear garden (forest) I have to rehome a family of pygmies first , then my beloved insists we get some chickens and a run ..... I'd rather keep the pygmies personally at least they are self sufficient  Pygmies!! Would they not prefer that you left the forest  |
