Exactly, one or ten a day it doesn't matter, cutting back is healthy, vaping in-between all the ones which would normally be smoked. There are so many different ways that members on here did it, some never touched a cig, whilst others still have the odd one.

That's always my mantra too. I have an unopened packet of Marlboro Red sitting in the cupboard next to my vaping gear. I never touch it, never crave it, hardly even notice it. Once in a while it registers and I just laugh at it as I don't want it anymore. It will stay there not as an emergency pack, but as a reminder that I used to smoke and now don't

onedayillquit: I still have five 50gm packs of rolling baccy and an unopened pack of 20 Superking menthol cigs that are now over 2.5 years old and I couldn't care less.

The only thing I've given up is the crud and goo associated with smoking.

Back to the flavours a moment - be prepared that once your taste buds adapt to no ciggies then they will change and that can make your perception change of your current favourite flavours. I have found my mojo with American Gold and American red from Vapourjuice but at the beginning hated all tobacco flavours. It does calm down after a while but if you know it may happen at least you are prepared

Good luck - you seem to be doing really well, I went from 30 a day Marly habit to vaping and I seriously don't crave at all, just find the right equipment and flavours and it's happy days

I havn't tried anything tobacco at all yet. All I remember is that 2 years ago the cartridges that came with my mini cig were yuk !

I think that has stuck in my head.

It's only been a week now but the banana and menthol I keep going back to, if the banana starts to get boring I have a draw on the menthol and the banana is good again.

I will try a tobacco one if I could decide which one might taste like tobacco, as you say I'm sure my tastes will change.

Vapourjuice UK - Doppio Espresso is yum, I have that in the morning, actually I have that all the time. I don't have just one juice that I could stick with as even after 2 months without a ciggy my taste buds are still changing. The closest I've found to real tobacco is 555 flavour but even that has an underlying sweetness to it. I am not sure if the hunt will ever end for me.
