The length of the resistance wire is what decides the resistance of the coil

Well yeah, but the length of the wire is decided by the number of coils. Not many other places you can shove it.

Doh! I don't envy anyone commuting in that area. I worked at Belling in Southbury Road and it would have been quicker to walk than drive and that was in the late sixties, early seventies!

My rebuildable arrived today. I left the spare in it's cover

BUT I put the wrong juice in and didn't like it so emptied it and cleaned it, how easy ?? great.
Put it all back together again and refilled it. It was fine for about 5 mins then my mouth started getting hot.
I took a look and relised the attie was at an angle, I obviously hadn't screwed it back together properly so I took the drip tip off to look.
I realised my mistake but was having trouble uncrewing it a bit and rescrewing it ( only because I am cack handed)

So i pushed and screwed, it flew out of my hands hit the wall and landed on the carpet. 18mg caramel all over my laptop screen, keyboard,the wall and my T shirt.

It's unharmed though and working fine now I did it properly.

Did I mention I was clumsy !!

Yes it does I keep smelling caramel, so I wiped the wall again checked the floor. washng the dishes I smelt it again, it's my T shirt haha
