Okay, well for all of these mods you will need at least 2 batteries and a charger. Make sure you factor this in when deciding.

Also you get more Mods that take 18650 batteries, so if you decide to buy another mod at a later date you will have more choice of 18650 ones that you'll be able to use your existing batteries and charger with if you went this way.

I like both my mini argento and my SD 2 The SD does seem more sturdily built, comes with some good batteries and a charger, although you will need an adapter to use 510 stuff on it.

I doubt you will get a SD for this price once TW and TECC sell out, so I would buy one this week, then a mini argento (you won't need the full kit as you will already have the batteries etc) next week

So if I go for a SD Mk2 and get a 901-510 adaptor like this:

I will be able to use 510 cartos and stardusts without problem? Does the adaptor reduce the performance of the SD? ???

The adapter shouldn't reduce the performance it doesn't on mine.

to use something 'skirted' like a vision you will need 2 adapters

a 901 to 808-D1 then a 901 to 510. I THINK that's what's on mine, bought from Liberty Flights but wait until someone else confirms this before you buy. May even be worth starting a new thread 'SD Mk2 Adapters' then other owners may advise.

If you buy the SD from TECC they still have spare batteries in stock for £2 each, they also have spare switches and end caps
