Has anyone had any experience of these?

I was thinking of soon getting a mod (mini argento) or something like this as the batteries I started out vaping with are showing their age now. They seem pretty good value as they are supplied with a 2600mAh battery to start with.

Are they pretty much the same thing ( a battery in a tube with some circuits) ???

That actually looks very nice, and yes that is all they all are, a container, a battery, come circuitry and a terminal.

I think its 4.2v as opposed to the argento 3.7v. I take it the slow boat from China means up to a month delivery?

Slow boat seems to be taking 4-5 weeks at present. Buy it, forget about it, have a nice surprise when it drops on the mat

They are OK. I got one as they came out as the E-Power replacement. Personally I think the Argento is a better bit of kit, gives a more consistent vape. The button on the Argento is also in a more comfortable to use place.

I've had the earlier version of this for a while, the switch assembly does not come off of mine, unlike the black paint!

It has a Ego type hard button that glows white when pressed and power stabilising circuity. I just put a newly charged 18650 in mine and measured the voltage (no load) and it read 3.9v so under load it's probably 3.7v.

I thought about covering mine with some vinyl to make it look pretty but I don't know where to get a small sheet.

Mine's like that one Des, it was still called the E-Power then. I do find the button a bit uncomfortable, but it vapes ok.

I was thinking of doing something similar a while ago. If you search for vinyl wrapping on youtube there's videos of people wrapping anything up to and including whole cars!

Just watched one and it recommends using alcohol during preparation, I have some Vodka here, how much do I drink before attempting this?

I've had a couple of these and for the money they're fine.

Although given the choice, I'd probably go for an Argento with a Silver Bullet hot spring.

The general consensus is the miniargy is the best option?
