Cheers for a great welcome everybody and the extra advice on mixing.

I'm going to keep it simple at first. I've ordered flavours that sound interesting on their own. Going to make a base mix 45ml of 48mg nic pg, 25ml 0 nic pg and 30ml Boots glycerin (with a touch of vodka). I will add 1ml of flavour to 9 ml of base to try them out, this should result in a 19mg-20mg 70/30 liquid. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Also got a big surprise on the doorstep today, Mrs. John had placed a mad order on day 1 of giving up smoking from a chinese site totally unaware of what she was getting. Not only did it arrive this quick I also find out she has got two eGo-T 1300mAh batteries, 5 atomizers, 5 tank cartridges, chargers and liquids for £29.00 including shipping, that's what I call a fluke buy.

Another night trying out new toys, I just wish my taste buds would behave.

Your ego T batteries should be fine, but lots of folks do tend to have problems with the T tanks leaking.

I like Mrs John's style John, it's a good omen for the future.

Do try and leave your mixes to steep/infuse for at least a few days, it does make a difference I find to the taste.

And, you'll probably find it'll take your taste buds a few weeks, if not months to settle . . . a Menthol flavoured juice can be quite helpful for giving them a bit of a kick start. Menthol Crystals are very reasonable to buy and a little goes a very long way.

If your tanks do leak you can buy a silicone sleeve from cloud9vaping to sort the issues..

I have only been mixing for about 3 months now, but I have found that fruit flavours will be ok at 1ml per 9 ml but tobacco flavours need a lot more..So I wouldn't make such a large quantitiy of a base mix, if you are aiming for approx 20mg strength.

The tank carts came prefilled with liquid, half is in the tanks the other half in the bags they came in.

I wouldn't call the mrs a secret ninja I've only told you about the one good buy, it's far outwieghed by the other 100 bad buys.
