If you're finding things a bit too strong for you there are things that you can do to resolve it.
Use a high resistance atomiser or cartomiser, these will not heat the juice as violently as low resistance types.
Use a lower voltage battery
Use a lower strength juice.

the other brand I bought aren`t as strong so I can regulate the amount that I inhale a bit easier

In that case, pierce a hole in the tip of the cartridge to allow more air to flow through, that'll weaken the mix
That's how the likes of silk cut produce low tar fags, they put tiny perforations in the filter to allow more air through.

Nah, kill that idea. The cartridges are metal 510 by the looks of it, very similar to boges, piercing will not be a good idea.

Joan, I would try adding a few drops of pure glycerine to your prefilled cartomisers. OK it's not going to mix as well as if you are adding it to e-liquid, but it should help. You can buy a small bottle of glycerine from the baking section of most supermarkets.

The other thought is, how are you drawing on your e-cig? It's best to take a drag, then hold the vapour in your mouth fro a second or two, before taking it back into your throat.

Well done Joan . . . I've altered my inhaling technique completely, compared to how I used to smoke.

Chugging/mouth inhale is how I can best described it, rather than than taking a draw down onto my lungs as I would have done with a cigarette.

Maybe if you experiment a little yourself, you could find this a better vaping method for you as well.

I have tried that but I want to use the e-cig like a proper ciggie
cos if I forget and inhale it I start coughing
