fan....... I was a Berkley menthol smoker............. I found the best menthol e-juice, for me that is, is Freedom Vape's menthol, that is a nice, clean and quite strong menthol

No don't put it down that hole, it'll just come straight out the bottom.

You need to gently remove the white cap first. I used a tiny allen key to get it out. Once you have the cap off, you'll see a center tube surrounded by what looks like cotton wool. It is the cotton wool you need to but the juice on. It's also called wading. The trick is to go slowly a drop at a time, let it soak in then another drop. It will take up to 40 drops if totally dry. Always leave it stand for a while before adding more drops. I found it best to let it stand over night on a bit of kitchen roll before adding the few last drops of juice. You then put the cap having in and your up & running again

To refill the cartomiser, you need to remove the white bung (with the hole in). You can usually remove it fairly easy with a paper clip. You then just drip juice into the wadding inside, avoiding the central tube. It's then best to get yourself a drip tip & use that instead of replacing the white bung, far more comfortable on the lips

If you have vaped your cartomisers really dry or you are filling new unfilled ones, then use the condom method -

This is the first time I have tried any of the Menthol flavours as I did not like the ciggy's in menthol. IT was the MY-4 from Health-e-vape.

It is actually quite nice. I have a bit of a cold atm and all my other juices dont taste as they used to, bar the expresso one I have but that is a one for the morning lol. This is actually very nice. and I would recomend it

I used to smoke menthol cigs, but quickly found that I now prefer other flavours. As your tastebuds come back to life you'll possibly find that menthol is best for those days when you can't taste anything else
