Should I change things up?

I would be pleased to be suprised. Early days yet anyway. I'm on 18mg and have no intentions of changing that for quite a while.

Hi. I started on 18mg but found (after I got my Riva) that it was too strong for me. I switched to 12mg and I'd say that's my happy spot. I do have some 10mg and 8mg liquids for when I chain vape, but have also found I draw much harder at that strength. 12mg will do me for now I think.

Don't go below 2.0 ohms on a Riva battery tho shazza, there's a chance it will cause your battery to fail

I was about to order 1.8ohm for the rebuildable vision, should I not be ?

1.8 and 1.5 ohms were really made for the regulated 3.3 volt ego batteries..

You'll also find it too harsh on a freshly charged RIVA with the added chance of damamging the battery's electronics/wires.

Better go for the 2.1-2.4 ohm versions if you want to try LR's.

Ha! Change of plan (again!).

I'll stick with the cartos I have and try upping the nico to 12mg with something Grizwaldy If after that I'm still not happy I'll give the LR cartos a try.

It's a big drop from 18 down to 8

12 is halfway, but I would be more tempted to do it slowly, get some 15 and see how you go, then reduce again if all is well

Good call shazza , I started on 36mg and dropped to 20mg after about 9 months , I can now happily vape at anywhere between 16 and 24 mg , and like macca says , I'm not as dependant on the nic now , if busy at work I can go all day without vaping , I think for me now it's still the habitual hand to mouth exercises

I am pretty sure it has in my case. I no longer feel the need to vape immediately on waking up and have my first vape with my morning coffee after I have brushed my teeth and had a glass of warm water. So roughly about 30 minutes after waking up, something i could never do when I was smoking analogues.

Yep, same here macca, can go a lot longer befor having to have a vape
