New Chrome Lavatube? READ THIS!

I have just had a new mini L/T delivered and am so far very pleased with it.The only problem I seem to have and have wondered if any others have the same problem.I have been using a few kanger bottom coil clearomisers which have the ego fitting,but am finding that they wont fit into the shroud of the L/T to enable it to screw into the battery.At the moment i'm using my supply of visions which have the 510 fitting.Has anyone else had the same problem?

I haven't tried the kangers on it yet actually, I've also been using the visions on it
I'm just about to get in bed but I'll dig one of my kangers out tomorrow and let you know how I get on with it

Thanks,if you can before I try to modify it.Mine may be a one off and needs to be eased out a little on the shroud.

....so a Lavatube is like a cheap Provari?

A tube with a battery and connector on top, a couple of buttons and a vv circuit?

Additional Requirements: battery, charger, adapter, and spare battery?

Just tried the kanger BC and you're right, it fits but doesn't screw onto the LT looks like it would have to be used with an adapter

The Kanger BC is 1mm fatter and that may be the reason why it won't fit into the new LT..

Ahh I didn't know that, makes sense. It's also not got threads around the inner post like the visions have (if that makes sense, the visions have 2 sets of threads and the kanger only one)

Yes makes sense. The vision ego is 510 threads (threads on the inner posi) and the Kanger Bottom coil is ego threading..(internal thread on the collar).

Maybe the new LT hasn't got ego threading either but a concealed but raised 510 connection to accommodate the skirts, which can also lead to not being able to use ego threaded devices natively.

Yeah I did but I declined his offer of adding credit to my account, I wasn't really expecting any compensation for the colour rubbing off the button as it still works fine so I'm not too fussed
