Just to reiterate what others have said, have visited Vape Escape's walk in shop and ordered from them online, great service and quality products, have had my Riva for a week now and it's a great starter kit. Have also called Jason a couple of times with questions and he is very helpful

Understand what your saying, we all know giving up the smokes is so hard for some of us. So it is so important to try and get the best info. I have looked on other sites and you know that they are out to take advanage for financial gain. So after I posted my first question the replies were that more info was needed about my smoke habit. Then to receive the same recommendation (riva) which is the same rec for others on the site, who cant all have the same habit. That is why alarm bells were starting to ring regards SJ

Lol sj, it's the same answer as most people are like you and full time smokers wanting to quit or cut down drastically!
We do sometimes recommend cig-a-likes, just not usually the more advertised ones that overstate capacity!

No, they are recommending it because it really is the best thing to start with if you aren't too bothered having it look like a cig. If your first reply was " It needs to look like a real one" they would have recommended another. I've no vested interest here look how long my banner says

Thankyou again for your replies. So bottom line if you dont care what it looks like and it does not make any difference how much you smoke, out of all the e cigs go for the riva. SJ

Lets put it this way, My join date is over 2 years ago. I wanted a lookalike............I got a lookalike. I failed horribly and never came back. 3 weeks ago I re appeared and said I dont want a lookalike. The Riva was suggested and promptly bought I havnt had 1 cig for 8 days now................ I was going to cut down.
It's not the same for everyone I guess , maybe a lookalike will work for some but I was so fed up of recharging tiny batteries and filling little cartridges all day and also didn't get much satisfaction from it.
I was pretty shocked when this arrived, the battery lasts all day for me and depending what you use the juice can too.

Hi SJ
If you want to discuss anything before you make your mind up, please feel free to ring me at work on 01706 628790.
It's sometimes better when you can ask a few questions and get the answers there and then and I promise you an unbiased opinion on the different products and their suitabilities.

sj let me put it my way. I started on Skycigs, an expensive look-alike. I had been buying 200 Marlboro every 10/11 days for £68. I reckoned that if I bought a Riva kit for half that and vaped it for 5 days then found I didn't like it, then I'd lost nothing in the trying. I loved it and have not had one fag since. My last packet of marlies are still in the cupboard with the cellophane still on.

When I made the switch from analogue to digital I was transfixed on having a device that looked and behaved like a real cigarette, I was also determined to find a tobacco flavour that best resembled my brand of cigarette.
As time went on I realised that the bigger devices sometimes were better and other flavours were better.
I think giving up smoking and using e-cigs can be as much psychological as anything else.
Moving to e-cigs was the best decision I've made in recent years. Hope it is for you too!

SJ, just to reassure you, I nor any of he moderators on this forum are affiliated to any supplier. Some, (though not the good ones that post on here) have tried to bribe me to recommend them, their time on the forum is short lived.
We really do have many excellent suppliers hat post in the suppliers board & join in elsewhere on the forum. I do actually sometimes feel I shouldn't be singling out vape escapes Riva kit as recommendation above any other suppliers, but it is a dam good kit for he money, from one of the many excellent suppliers, plus it is just about always available to purchase straight away.

you should of taken the bribe and then told them to muck off Chrissie lol. Would of served them right, trying to buy a reputation is just wrong. I have a list of ones that I have used, most I will go back to, but others I will never, funny though as the ones that I would not be returning too, are not mentioned on this site anymore apart from the odd jibe at them lol.
Everyone on here are well versed in asking and answering questions. The main thing is, that if you ask, and you get advised of something, it is always down to you to say no. The good thing is that people do not get offended if you go with someoen elses suggestion or recomendation as we all have different needs and personal prefferances.
Hope you have gotten some good advice, Oh and as for Jason, he is a sound bloke and will not get you to buy the Rolls Royce when all you want is a Rover.
