I'm feeling so stressed at the moment. I made an order from Exhaleexhalecigarette.co.uk last night, but I received 2 emails stating that my orders are confirmed. The problem is I didn't make 2 orders!

I called exhale this morning to understand why I received an order confirmation of an order which I never paid for through pay pal, but the receptionist told me that there is no one to speak to at the moment.

I'm stressed and a bit peed off with my self for ordering anything in the first place.

Sorry about the moan, but I needed to tell someone.

Has anyone ordered off exhale before?

have you checked your paypal account to see if you've been charged? It MAY give you details of what is on the order as well.

Discodes , Yes I just checked my paypal and it seem's only one payment has been taken out, but for the life of me I don't understand why I recieved two order confirmations through email.

I wouldn't panic Dream, it's more than likely just a blip in their site's software . . . if you've paid by PP you're covered, although if only one payment has been taken, it doesn't sound likely you'll have a problem.

Probably just a glitch in their auto reply system. Ignore it, what's more impportant is that you've only made one payment not 2.

Everything is ok ) I just recieved an email confirming that the first order was a mistake and that they deleted it as soon as they noticed. To be honest it could have been because when I was ordering just before confirming payment at paypal I went back and ordered more stuff. Anyway everything is fine Can't wait for my order now!
