Ok the right people were not at the club last Thursday,but last night the chairman was in,so after a chat which ended up mainly explaining e cigs and the vaping world,he agreed it would be ok to put on a event,obviously this will mean me having to find the right contacts and information needed to go ahead with this and I should probably start a whole new thread,I am at Oulton park this weekend as I have a car show organized but when I return I shall get on with things,please leave any input you have for me here for now

It might be an idea Alan, to PM Dave K or Wayne to pick their brains on organizing such an event, as they both have done similar . . . Wayne organizes the hugely successful Vapefest.
