just looked at one of the 5ml bottles of griswald juices I bought and it says one of the ingredients is water
they are 20mg and a bit strong for me so
can I add some water to the juice to weaken it`s strength?

Joan you'd be better adding a bit of plain VG which you can buy cheaply in Boots. Don't forget that if you dilute the juice with anything, it will also dilute the flavour a bit

The water has probably been added to thin down the VG..
Best way to dilute juices is to buy a lower strength of the same flavour and mix the juices. So if you get 10mg strength and mix it with the same quantity of 20mg strength you will get 15 mg strength juice. This way you don't lose flavour.
Second best way is to add BP grade PG to dilute. PG carries flavour better than VG, so while you will lose flavour, it will be less loss of flavour.
Third way is to add VG.
I woudn't add water because tap water is conductive. The water used in e-juices is de-ionised.

thanks both, have taken all that advice on board I hadn`t thought of mixing 2 different strengths of the same flavour when using just tobacco flavour and so not bothered about diluting the flavour one more question then re adding a few drops of water would bottled water be better to add?

Joan if you start thinning your juices down by adding water, you wont get much vapour at all. if you want to just try adding some VG, you can buy a small bottle for about 50p from the baking section (labelled as glycerine) from most supermarkets. Or as Oneday says, a larger bottle from most chemists for about £1.20. However, cutting the nicotine content will also cut the flavour.

chrissie, I am just worried that it is an ingredient in the juices that is making me cough so much that it has made me so ill
but though I will have to come off e-cigs for the second time now till I feel better, I don`t want to give in just yet
because of my asthma I have to be extra careful

Joan I'd be surprised if it's the juice as PV is used in inhalers

If you do use water Joan make sure its distilled water, never use tap water as it contains pollutants.

I've had the same problem with the pick n mix lot that i brought from griswald. The flavours are so strong & taste like alcohol so I let mine steep for a bit. They don't seem so strong but they're still not vape able at the mo

It's common with a lot of freshly mixed juice Cornflake, leave the tops for a few days/week in a dark cupboard and you'll find they're different again. Normally the Pick n Mixes are good to go, but Jason/Griz have been so busy recently that they're being freshly made so haven't had chance to steep at all.
