How do I explain my concern? Let me try.
This afternoon I was vaping on my 510T. I had to do something so I layed it down on the table, then after a minute I heard a hissing noise, I wondered where it was coming from? I looked down on the table and realised the noise was coming from the 510T and it was in working mode, vape was coming out of the dip tip. I', now sitting on the sofa and the 510T is lying on the sofa and I heard the hissing noise again. I'm confused, could it be faulty or is this normal?
I'm a bit worried now in leaving the battery connected to the cartomiser and going to bed.

Is it a manual or automatic battery Dream?
Whatever it is, I'd disconnect the carto from the battery overnight.

Yes, that's what I will have to do to be on the safe side, disconnect them.

It can happen with automatic batteries Dream, it's not uncommon for juice to get into the switches.

I thought it could be something to do with the Juices (what else could it be) because, I think my carto has had it (it's the innokin) it's a week old and I have noticed that when I try to fill it up with e juice it's not sucking it up like before and do get juice sipping to the sides. I have other cartomisers, but I don't like using them as I feel as though I'm sucking air. I ordered new Innokin one's but, won't recieve them till Tuesday. Oh well, I will have to wait and take it easy with this cartomiser. No, I just remembered I can use the atomiser with the tank for now which came with the 510 T! I didn't like the tank so, put it away and used my Innokin cartomiser on the 510 T Thats sorted Thankyou for your help

may be worth taking the carto off the battery and giving the connector a good clean. you could also give it a shake to see if you can dislodge and juice from inside the battery or blow the connector
i would also leave the carto off over night just in case ...you dont want it going off while you are asleep

Same thing happened to my Imist. The red light stayed on kept hissing and popping, couldn’t switch it off and now it won’t work at all, I can’t afford to replace it, so now I only have one to use. There was no warranty with it and I’ve only had it around 3 maybe 4 weeks at a push.

That can be the problem with auoto batteries Disconnect the battery, hold it with the connector furtherst away from you and give it a good shake or a spin in a Griz whizz to drive out ay liquid that has got inside.

After reading your post Macca, & DiscoDez, I thought I had nothing to lose, so I striped it down put the hole lot in soapy water, went around the switch with a tooth-brush then dried it off in a hearted fume cupboard replaced the wick … and 10hrs later it’s working, chuffed to bits.
Ps I don’t think this is good advice, but I was desperate. I guess I may have some rusty batteries soon.
