Everytime I log onto aaec I see my profile name "Dream" and I wonder why I chose that name? Well, when I tried to become a member on the aaec forum I only recently started vaping with my skycig kit. When I was asked for a user name the first thought which came to mind was "dream". For a sec while reading the posts and as I tried to sign up to become a member I thought to myself " I must be dreaming, will vaping really work and stop me smoking?" That's the story behind my profile name What is your story behind your profile name?

I joined the forum in my very early days of using the Skycig. I was still smoking a few cigs but had the feeling that one day I'd quit. That day came much faster than I ever imagined - within a few days of joining in fact. So my user name should really be OneDayIDidQuit

It is a cross between a login id and an email address I once saw. I liked it. I especially like my avatar that was chosen for me

I'm sure everyone's read Oliver Twist. If not Fagin is the leader of the pickpockets and corrupter of children. It's a joke nickname given to me by an ex many years ago, and I used it on the first forum I ever joined and just kind of stuck with it. I'm not really evil, just a little bit.

Mine is a simple one too, It is the two tattoo's I got left that are complete. unfortunately I did have more but I was involved in a quite bad car accident where I rolled my car down the motorway for quite a few 100 yards (Tyre blew out on the front), and during that time of spinning around my head and shoulder smashed through the side window and bounced off the motorway. Now I bet you have heard of people trying to remove tattoo's by laser, but never by grinding it off on the motorway. I will one day get the patches of scar tissue coloured back in but it does make a taking point when it looks like the top of my arm had been attacked by someone with a big cheese grater. lol Oh and no one else was hurt in the making of the scars lol Edit, The Batty part came from this forum where I was asked if I want to be called Batty and as I am ever so slightly mad (ok very mad) I kind of liked it. so I added it

"kurotoshiro" (黒と白) is Japanese. It can be translated as "black and white". But it's a little bit wrong, because: - in Japanese it's more natural to say "white and black" ("shirotokuro");
- you only use the "to" bit when describing something as "black and white", and not when naming the two colours "black and white" (which would just be "kuroshiro" ... or "shirokuro").
So it kind of means "black and white", but the matter of its translation is not entirely ... shall we say ... *cough* ... black and white. And that's why the phrase appeals to me. It embodies a complicated yet weak pun. And for some reason I love complicated yet weak puns.

i was once given the nick-name stan, whilst travelling and that was when i set up a certain email address of that name, then went on to use it as a sort of interwebz handle. i liked it too. but then my mate from 'back home' called his son stan and i felt like i needed a variation. i don't mind being called 'nick' or 'stanton'. boringz, really. but nice to put it out there. nice thread, btw.
