Vapefest Scotland

Hi peeps Does anyone know anything about this? ??? I have found some info that its Aug 25th & 26th in Kirkintilloch Is it still on?

I only came across it myself yesterday.

The date is not finalised as far as I can see from the facebook stuff available.
We shall have to watch and see.

I had a look at the FB page too. Seems that Barry Grant is a TW re-seller and has some of their goods available for prizes.

Again there seems to be no specific date for a meet that I can see. Is the main Vapefest not around those dates you mentioned?

I think he is actually planning to have it in September from reading around a little.
I also mentioned he should contact the other Scottish vendors, you included as it happens.

Good if they change the date, as we're planning to go down south for the main one but would like to meet up with the Scots

Originally they had planned to have it on the same day as UK Vapefest - Saturday August 25th - not so much out a sense of competition or spoilage, but to tie in with the Kirkintilloch Canal Festival, but the last I heard he was thinking about having it on the following day.

It's hard to get any proper details from the Vapefest Scotland Web Site or their Facebook page. I think he's still waiting to find out from the council whether he's got permission to put up a couple of tents or something.

So its being touted as being on the 9th of September.
Only trouble seems to be it only has TW affiliates supporting it.
Don't know how hard he's trying to get other vendors along too.

Dunno if I'll bother if its just going to be a TW exclusive event since variety is what should be on offer.
I will keep an eye on it and might still go if I have the cash just so I can meet other folkies.
