Hi and welcome Someone more experienced will come along and advise better on the E-lights, from what I understand, these prefilled cartridges can be topped up again a few times with liquid. In the long run though, things like E-lights or any cig-alikes are one of the most expensive ways of vaping. If you were to get a starter pack with some better batteries, and empty cartomisers or clearomisers and juice, it works out cheaper in no time.

I would have linked you straight to what I started with, to give you an idea what I'm talking about this is it... www.vapeescape.co.uk/the%2Dve%2Driva%2D1100%2Ddeluxe%2Dkit%7E151However that particular vendor is out of stock at the moment. It's a bit difficult because we always recommend the Riva starter pack, so much so that they've sold out This is another similar one, but it's a little pricier, it does contain free liquid though www.vapeescape.co.uk/the%2Dvape%2Descape%2D900%2Dkit%2D%2A%2Afree%2De%2Dliquid%2A%2A%7E304There are lots of options out there, that's just to give you an idea of the types of kits we are talking about. I know the initial price looks a lot, but if you don't turn this into a spending hobby like myself and others have, then once you have bought the initial kit, you really only need to buy extra juice, and occasionally spare cartomisers (empty cartridges) when your old ones fade.... What I'm saying is you can keep this as a very cheap alternative once the initial kit has been bought,,,that's what I intended to do anyway, until the others here dazzled me with their shiny things and I started buying extra gadgets #icon_shoppingm#

It's just that you hold the button down when you take a drag, I didn't like the idea of that at first, but you soon get used to it and it helps protect the battery. The batteries on these things last about 10 times longer than the cig-like types, they last a day or more of heavy vaping before you have to charge them.

I'm sure someone will come along and tell you how to do that, most members are probably in bed now, but you will definitely have responses in the morning if you check back

Yes the e-lite carts can be filled with any e juice. They are just like any other carto out there. you can either use the "Condom" Method or take the white plastic bit out of the top gently and refill that end by dripping the juice down the side. when you refill them let them stand for a while so that the juice can be absorbed better into the wadding. Also try not to get any down the center tube. If you do, make sure you blow out the carto into a paper tissue or somethign to clear the airway. It is best not to over fill them though as they will leak into the battery and kill it rather easily. so just make sure that your not letting juice get down to the battery

so the cartridges once you fill one up, How long would it last? A filled or re-filled cartomiser lasts the equivalent of approximately 8-10 ciggies. (e-lites so over exaggerate on their website). You can refill them roughly 4-5 times. After that they tend to wimp out. Some folks make them last much longer though. Cartomisers for a 510 threaded e-cig (the e-lite has a different thread) are really cheap - approx £5.99 for 5 from most good vendors. Hence why it will work out so much cheaper for you in the long run to ditch the e-lite & buy a new kit.
