Looks like E-cig stuff is creeping on to Ebay, not described as E-cigs and displayed as components to get around E-bay's Ecig restrictions? LOOK.

'Health & Beauty' eh? Well, I suppose vaping improves your health, and the PG/VG aspect *is* used in beauty products...LOL

I dont suppose they will last long, I think that Ebay filters disallow sales using words such as ecig etc, but if none of the text uses the flagged words they slip through the automated net, but then usually they get taken down on manual review.
It seems to be the same with google adwords, currently there are 3 e liquid ads on google, even though google policies do not allow e cigs or e liquid to be advertised using adwords. They usually last a few days until they get taken down. But I have seen some last longer, one was for a facebook shop selling e cigs, and i think even facebook disallows them. So it seems to happen quite often, but not last long.
I did an ad for adwords for E Liquid Labs a few months back, I did not realise at the time that it was not allowed. The ads ran for about 12 hours then were blocked. An email from google explained that they categorise them as tobacco products, hence the ban.
I would imagine that in some years when the classification of e cigs and e liquid is clearer, things may change, but until then the big companies are going to play on the safe side and not advertise them to protect themselves from a legal point of view. At least that is what the people at google adwords told me, that it is for legal reasons that they have to disallow at present.

Good explanation I have had trouble with ebay before, it is a shame we cant branch out and sell on more platforms. Maybe its a conspiracy because the government make too much from taxing tobacco >_< lol

its been happening for a while this now as i actually posted some links last year of ecig items on fleabay, easy really as the seller will then slip their buisness card in with the website details and bobs your uncle instant advertising.
its a cheeky way to bend the rules

I had noticed them on Ebay and Amazon for a few weeks now just haven't seen anything that I want but with a bit of luck it may be a sign of times to allow venders to get there products out there

They are being deleted though if noticed by Ebay. A couple of weeks ago I was "watching" some clearos that were pretty reasonable and I was gonna get them when I got paid. Come pay day, the buggers had disappeared from my watch list.

I don't understand why these sites don't allow e-cigs, when they allow other products for quitting smoking to be sold

I don't understand why these sites don't allow e-cigs, when they allow other products for quitting smoking to be sold A very different beast - e-cigs cannot legally be sold as quit aids. And, truthfully, they are not quit aids - they are an alternative way to continue a nicotine habit that carries a much lower risk profile.
