It is pretty much a shiny tank with a wick, adjustable to your own vaping technique.

It is the mutz nutz of the delivery systems available for Vaping.

I've just watched 3 videos tonight of it, and I am impressed, although i would like to know where one gets spare O-rings from? (There is a mention of them on the Penelope Wiki site).

It is self assembly, and you have to build your wicks and coils, but after seeing the videos, it really is a simple process

If I could find the perfect battery, as I doubt I'd couple this with an eGo-Twist, I'd buy one. No more cartomisers to buy, no more clearomisers. Like people have said already, long term investment = long term savings.

Did I mention it was shiny and called Penelope?



Edit: the above picture really doesn't give it justice what so ever, the proportions are all out, it looks fat and stubby and it isn't!
