I woke up this morning............... thought it was all a dream that I'd got her up and running

Screwed her back onto the Provari and tried her again............. its not a dream .............. she is working perfectly

Last night having a final vape before bed.......... I was struck by how intense the hit is thought I was going to have a sore throat lol

I have come to the conclusion that if you treat her gently and not rush things ......... that is when she will behave

Cant stop admiring her........... going to be a wrench leaving her at home today, daren't take her out just in case lol

I know that I couldnt have done it without all the help and assistance from here Seriously its a lovely peice of kit I can see why people have raved over it.......... like the Provari it is in a class of its own

My wick and bits I ordered from Ebay came today, just waiting for my spares from GG UK then I will be set

i dare say there's loads been wrote about the penelope but i would sooner read it here.
1. how would you guys score the vape exp against a boge?.
2. is it built to last, i know its new but should we be saying years?.
3. how much does the tank hold?.
4. can i get it to vape very similar to a boge ie: is it all to do with the amount of wire wrapped around the wick?.
5. how long does a set up last?.
and anything else you can tell me.

1) when it's set up right it tops a LR Boge for me, the only thing that has so far
2) yes definitely years in my understanding
3) 3ml but it will use almost every drop before performance fades unlike a lot of tanks
4) I will let someone more experienced answer that as I'm still new at coil making
5) no reason a newly and well made coil shouldn't last a week

That's my early thoughts on her anyway

1. No comparison really Raggy, Penelope is the best vaping accessory I've had the pleasure of owning.

2. Years, the only thing you might need to replace are the O rings in a few years time. Everything else, treated correctly is likely to out last you and I.

3. 3ml

4. Again no comparison, once you've set this up, you'll be wondering exactly what it was you enjoyed about Boges.

5. Depends upon the juice you use and whether you're a serial coil maker or not.

It's getting hold of one now, that will be the hard part . . . .

2. Years, the only thing you might need to replace are the O rings in a few years time

And the ceramic from time to time I suspect

Yes, I thought that as well OneDay after posting, as I suppose it could become brittle over time.

ref 4: what i meant was/is if you put 5 wraps as opposed to 3 wraps does this make a big difference to the output as i dont or havent in the past like higher voltage vaping or does this having nothing to do with it.

It'll depend upon what thickness of resistance wire you use Raggy, as to how many wraps you'll have to make to achieve a resistance that you enjoy vaping at.

That's one of the advantages of any rebuilable, to my way of thinking, that you can tailor make your coils/wicks to suit your personal vaping taste.

It might take you a little ' tinkering ' to find that with your coils, but it doesn't take long.

The thing that determines the resistance of your coil is the thickness of the wire you use and the length of that wire.

For example: 0.16mm Nickel Chrome wire has a resistance of 53.7 ohms per metre, so if I want a 2 ohm coil I need (2/53.7) X 1000 = 37mm. With that 37mm of wire I could possibly make 3 loose wraps or 5 tight ones, but it will still be a 2.0 ohm coil.
