Ok guys, help a damsel in distress here please. As I said, changed the head and reassembled my vivi nova. I've done this once before with no problems, so what's gone wrong this time? It's leaking out of the bottom, a lot! If I blow down the drip tip it leaks out of the bottom, I've done this several times, so it's not just a bit of juice in the air pipe thing.
If I try to Vape with it, I get a mouth full of juice and my battery soaked in juice. What can I do?
Had such a crap day with vaping yesterday, it really got me into the is it all worth it place and I've spent far too much money to turn back now

It sounds a lot like its screwed on too tight and the airflow is restricted causing you to suck juice instead of air

The head is too tight you think Blakey? Need to find somewhere to dump the juice in it and take it apart I guess

Took the silicone cap off, loosened the head a bit, put it back together, and now I'm getting nothing, no vapour at all ???

I had a similar problem with my Vision V3 - turned out the head wasn't screwed into the post tightly enough.

Ok, so which is it? Too tight or not tight enough? Lol these things are a friggin nightmare, I really hope the Penelope will solve a lot of this, sick of being covered in or having a mouthful of juice

Try and relax. Strip it down 100 percent, clean it all, rebuild slowly. Check everything, if you have a pre-built head use that, take it slowly, and all being well your leaj might be gone.
Very best of luck :-)

Lol these things are a friggin nightmare, I really hope the Penelope will solve a lot of this, sick of being covered in or having a mouthful of juice No, what I meant was that the entire nova is too tight on the battery, the attie section needs to be tight on it's post. If the air holes are restricted on the 510 connector at the base of the nova then you will suck up juice and cause a siphon effect that will keep drawing juice into the main tube. Are you over-tightening the nova to the battery and restricting the airflow? Next to check is the silicon cap that goes over the attie, is it secure? has it been pushed down too far? The only other thing is the wicks being strangled by the top silicon cap so that when you draw on it you're creating a lot of pressure inside the tank that will force juice into the attie when the mod is at rest.

I know it's the way I've reassembled it, can't get any vapour at all from it now, not screwed too tight on the battery, leaking by itself off the battery. Quite honestly didn't want to waste the juice I had in it, I think the problem is something to do with the head and the silicon cap, the metal thing fell out of the cap, I've put it back in but it mustn't be right. I was at least getting vapour before. Just did a quick reassemble before I had to go out, will spend some time with it, see if I can get it working, worried about what it may be doing to my batteries, keep flooding them with juice?

There must be a piece of debris possibly caramelized juice or something blocking the central air shaft, possibly in the head.
Just try another head and see if you have the same issue. If you have the same problem with another head then you have to dismantle it and inspect the hole in the center shaft by holding it up to the light.
If it works with the new head, you have to inspect the head causing the issue by holding it up to the light. You must be able to see the coil and wick from underneath the head.

Confused by this bit... If it works with the new head, you have to inspect the head causing the issue by holding it up to the light. You must be able to see the coil and wick from underneath the head. By the head, I mean the whole replaceable bit, that contains the coil/wick and silicon cap etc. The silicon cap fits on top of the coil/wick thing, in terms of seeing it, through the tank I can see the wicks on either side and the "1.8 ~" printed on the head
