Housework...................

I am seriously terrible at housework :-[

i hate it and it's so pointless cause someone always just messes it up again. i'm also a terrible hoarder :-[

I spend my life looking for things that I've lost. Usually find stuff hidden under piles of carp.

There are certain people that I will never invite to my house and just make excuses to meet elsewhere as I know they'd be horrified

I have pots of paint I bought about 4 years ago that are covered in dust :-[

We can no way ever move out of this house, wel not unless we got some help from Kim and Aggie

My car's no better. I can't leave the sun roof open incase someone thinks it's a skip

#icon_rofl# Thats so funny Karma about the car, gonna pinch that line off of you if you don't mind about my husbands car, its full of tools and everything else he needs for work, he can never find anything in there. Cheeky bugger takes my car if he goes anywhere tidy

I'm fortunate in this respect , my good lady wife tends to do the majority , as she puts it , she doesn't trust me to do it to her standards

My mum was very houseproud and any time she used to visit would start cleaning and nagging, lol

I think I'm just rebelling, my mum could put Kim and Aggie to shame

It was a better situation when daughter lived at home coz she would cook for me , alas now she has moved on I either cook for myself or eat takeaway . my beloved refuses to cook for me coz I'm too fussy lol

I'd so love to be ' minimalist ' in my home, but I'm a bit of a clutter bunny as well . . . it's difficult parting with anything, as it might just ' come in ' for something.

The clutter has got considerably worse since I've been vaping as well . . . .

I do, do my housework on a daily basis... hoovering, dusting, polishing, scrubbing, picking up & putting away, you name it and I probably do it...and hate every time consuming moment of it... and by half past hubby coming in you wouldn't know I'd lifted a finger. Aaaaaargh ! >

I have another good tip

If I'm expecting someone to pop in and the place is a mess i get the hoover out and some cleaning stuff and just sort of leave it lying around. Then I can say 'oh, I'm just about to start cleaning up this mess'!

I sometimes do it as well when DH is due to come home then I say ' crikey, is it that time already, i was just about to hoover, i'll just leave it to tomorrow now!'

That is very clever I like that unfortunately I am another neat freak and although I have to get motivated it is done, cos I can't leave it, I have a cleaner for when I'm at work though, very good value, I get my weekend back I don't have a cleaner for when it is school holidays. I do clean up and clean the loos etc before the cleaner comes

When I worked full time I also had a cleaner, she was fab.

I can't justify having one now as I only work part time

I certainly didn't clean before she came!

That's why mine only comes in term time as am full time then, but when I am off I do

And yes I know I am weirdo to clean a bit before she comes
