Yes Boo . . . I'd go for the 0.16mm NC.

For the NOVA just the NC one will do..

The silver or nickel no resistance wire is optional but if you are only just beginning to make your own coils just use the 0.16 or 0.15 NC wire only for the NOVA..

You only need NR (Nickel) wire if you're rebuilding Odysseus or Penelope atomizers. Using resistance wire (NC) for the Nova will be fine.

It is better to use some NR wire to make the legs of the coils which come in contact with the grommet..It'll help minimize or eliminate the scorching and the plasticky taste..

I use NR wires to make the legs of coils even in the stardust..So while it is optional, I have found that it is a better way..Not one for someone who is just starting making coils though..
