Very harsh

Confused.com that's how I feel right now!

I've been mixing my own juice for a while now with no problem, until I recieved the PG I bought from ebay. I mix 50-50 PG, VG and every juice I make tastes lethal, very strong burning feeling on the throat, I can't figure out why? I've mixed with PG before (the one which came with the mixing starter kit I bought) and that didn't give me the burning feeling, wondering why now with the ebay one? Anyone else had this issue regarding mixing?

Should be ok but if it's giving you a burning feeling stop using it and source some from vaping suppliers instead to be safe.

I don't but I can recommend cig-e-liquid for good quality PG and VG.

I don't mix my own juices, so can't help. Completely agree with Pixie though, if you are getting a strong burning feeling from the juice you have mixed,& it tastes lethal, stop using it.

Sej016, yes I think that is fine, I thought it may have been the PG I bought from ebay giving me this funny smell and harsh feeling in the mouth but, realised when I mixed vg only with the nic I still got the same smell and harsh feeling. So conclusion is? it must be the nic I bought that is giving me the bad experience with my mixtures.

Well I'm mixing according to the e juice calculator, so I assume i'm putting in the correct amount, but I have read reviews somewhere of other nic and some state that some nic solutions are not a very clear taste, so aint got a clue what they mean, but it sounds as though some supliers sell different nic liquids which may or may not have a kind of taste to it. I'm new to all this so haven't used many suppliers of nic as yet.

Base nicotine liquid can vary I've found Dream, I've one at the moment that has a bit of ' tinge ' of something about it . . . it's not an unpleasant taste as such, but it's there.

So I'm going to keep that for my more over powering flavours and hope that they drown it out.

I'm so glad you explained that Perpetua I was thinking I'm useless at mixing and was going to give up until I mixed a 10ml PG and VG with no nic and realised it tasted fine! So I'm very happy that I'm not the only one noticing the taste/smell. Now to find one without the smell and harshness. I read reviews at liberty flights and some have stated that one of theirs which they are selling has a fresh clean taste, so I may give that a go
