SOrry if I've missed the answer to this somewhere but when I click on a post it takes me to the last reply and I then have to scroll / changes pages etc it takes me to the first post (as I mainlyuse this site from my mobile and my signal is not great this can be quite time consuming! is there some way I can change it back to the proper order?

Ratfink, it should only take you to the last reply if it's a thread you have already read?

Has it always done that to you Vaperman, or is it something that has started to happen lately?

What browser are you using Vaperman? And does it make any difference if you click on the "new" icon, to clicking on the thread title?

The same thing happens to me. It doesn't matter whether I am on my ipad using Safari, or on my laptop using the Opera browser.

Firefox 14.0.1 and when I click the ' new ' Icon It takes me to the start of the thread, Never tried that before, Just been clicking the subject header.
Edit.. I think Its doing exactly as matty198111 describes.

This is weird, I'm on firefox 14.01 & for me it's behaving exactly as it should be The Proboard default is to take you to last read post (or first post in a new thread), by clicking on the "new" icon. Soon after I set up the forum, I added a code so that you could click on either the new icon or the thread title to get the same results.

That makes sense to me Chrissie, I think that's how Its working for me, Think newbies wont understand that though as Its a bit complicated.

Vaperman, I don't think I could have explained that well, as by coding it so it did the same thing, it should be less complicated?

OK, I know Vaperman said he is having the same problems when using firefox on his lappie but is everyone else who is having problems using a mobile app? If so this thread from Proboard support should help you - support.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=app&action=display&thread=421166Or maybe you need to choose other options from "Loading behaviour" in the app. I can't experiment myself as I've never used a mobile or ipad for internet access.

Sorry if I've added to your confusion Vaperman.
I'd be really grateful if others could post letting me know if they are having the same problems. And if so, are you using an app & have you updated it to the latest version?
