Noob alert!

The kit came from malibu this morning, thanks a lot malibu. Here's my thoughts.

I charged it and tried the flavours you sent. The caramel and waffle pretty much tasted the same to me and to be honest I didn't like them much. I tried the amaretto next and although it tastes alcoholic, it almost made me heave lol. Didn't like the pineapple much either. It may have been because I tried them one after another that they didn't taste that great but thanks for sending those as I now know two things: Sweet tasting liquid isn't for me and alcoholic flavours aren't either so I can cross them off the list. Thanks for the menthol too, but I've never liked menthol flavoured stuff so won't be trying it. Today I also received a mocha flavour one I ordered. I tried that on it and must say, liked it a lot.

The actual set up, as you said, seems old compared to the things I've been reading about and greensmoke I've been using. It seems to produce more vapour though.

I saved a few empty greensmoke carts and refilled one with the mocha and it tastes great. Works well too. The thing with me is I don't drink coffee, I don't like it. Probably only ever had 2 cups in my life, but I do like the smell of it and coffee flavoured things like sweets, cake, deserts etc, so the mocha mist greensmoke flavour for me is great and this new one is fairly close to it.

I've ordered a cofee flavoured liquid and a few from Misteliquid - strawberry, blueberry, coffee and RY4 so will try those on it too and see what they are like. So far though, I think the GS is more to my liking, but I shall see. It's probably down to the cartomizer rather than the separate atomizer/cart thing??

I can't really say after a few tries anyway.

A big thank you again to malibu. It has made me feel better about the greensmoke purchase at the moment and has also opened my eyes to the other options that are out there.

I did say it was old hat compared to what you get now. Having said that they are handy sometimes, oh for dripping to test flavours without wasting anything. But you will need a drip tip for that.
Of course I sent you the flavours I didn't like , you may have liked them.

If you prefer what you are using, then they may come in handy for a friend to try who has never tried it. They didn't help me convert to vaping from smoking but they did teach me that this was the way to go when better stuff came out ( which it has now) .

Well done on the 7 weeks!! I wasn't moaning by the way, it makes sense I think I'll get a driptip then. I take it you don't want the liquids back then lol

No pass them on for others to try, if they like it, it's a bonus. As everyone told me, you get the real flavour from dripping and you only drop 4 or 5 drops on to the attie, stick the drip tip on and you haven't wasted juice filling a cart.

Just wanted to say my refilled greensmoke cart has lasted all day and is showing no signs of running out at the moment. It has seemed to taste better as the day went on. I also informed my mate of being able to refill them and he hadn't a clue. A bit like me about 4 days ago lol. I sent him some links as he was pretty much in amazement at what is available. One of the first things he asked was can you get liquid THC

So, I've worked out, that by the time pay day comes (20th Aug) I would have broke even on my spending/saving. I'm amounting a small collection of liquids now, which I would think would last me 4 weeks for sure. So. Potentially I could "save" around the £200 mark a month from not smoking cigs.

I'm pretty set on purchasing one of those Riva 1100 kits from vapeescape as I've read so many good things about them on here the past few days. The cost of the order is around £50 after the discount. That means, I should hopefully be able to stash a ton and a half away.

I wanted to put it in writing so that I have kind of made myself a contract lol. If I can control myself, I'll be a rich man in no time ha ha!!
