By the way what type/flavour of juice did you order ? Most of mine is around 18mg

Funny you should mention juice. I was going to ask what the strengths mean. I smoked Marlb Lights - 0.5mg nicotine. Does this mean I should really stick with 5mg juice? I ordered 6 MG LOW, 30 ML of Coffee flavour from Health E Vape. Have I understood how it works correctly?

Also, will I need the filler/fluval before I can do anything with it?

From reading the forum that 0.5mg is per cigarette, the 5mg is per 100ml or something but either way no I don't think it works the way you are thinking.
Someone with more experience will come along I'm sure. If you like the juice but it's not enough to keep the craving at bay buy the same one in a higher strength and mix them.

There are 7 unused carts with fluval in already, unopened ( these can be washed out and reused) + fluval that has already been washed in the pack. I do believe that the stuff sold now may be superior to that which came with it but not sure.

as for strength I feel that 18mg is a good starting point to keep away cravings, and it's usually considered to be medium strength!

Benny, Malibu is right, the nicotine content you need will depend on how much you used to smoke a day as well as the strength of cigarettes you used to smoke.
