Noob alert!

Hello.

I've joined this site because of a great post Chrissie has on another forum, plus that forum is mainly populated by the over the pond sorts. I'm coming up to 10 days off the smokes and have been chuffing greensmokes. They suit me as I'm pretty busy with work, are simple and have been very effective so far.

Been doing lots of research today, thanks to the previously mentioned post, and have decided I may branch out in the near future and purchase another kit for home use. I have my eye on a couple and will probably be asking some questions soon.

Happy to be off cigs and so far haven't missed them at all. Site looks great btw.

Lol, I often pop into the new members board on ECF to try & rescue any UK folks Some of our friends across the pond just don't seem to get that it's a very big pond & no matter how clear you make it that you are not in the US, they still just give links to suppliers in the states

Boo, the greensmoke is very expensive & I believe it's the same as the Blu that sold in the states. It has a none compatible thread to anything else sold in the UK

Thanks for the warm welcome! I went with greensmoke because I tried the Clearsmoke trial and thought it wasn't very nice. The carts all leaked and smelled terrible. One of my friends uses greensmokes, but kept it a secret lol. He isn't trying to quit smoking, he just isn't aloud to smoke in his work car - it's a sack able offense.

I will need a cigarette shaped one for work and going out with because I would feel odd using something that doesn't in public. I'm not good at dealing with attention.

Anyway, I had been smoking for 16 years and have found this a relatively easy way of stopping. I just wish I had found out about e-cigs earlier.

I'm currently looking to have saved the cost of the greensmokes and then look at buying something else. I'm saving up the questions

Just wish you had found us first Benny, before buying the Greensmoke. We could have found a more compatible ciggie lookalike for a fraction of the cost.

Will check that out bluemagnum. To be honest, the money side of it isn't too much of a worry, because whatever I do, it's going to cost less that real cigs in the long run. But yeah, I could have done better if I'd done some research first.....
