New..please help

The batteries come with a factory charge, hence why they ended up being fully charged so quickly

I really do think that any e-cig should come with clear instructions.

I did try to put as much information on the Riva page of the website as possible.

The kits also go out with a copy of that attached to the invoice (or should if the gnomes have done their job)

It really is difficult though to try & think how confusing it must be to new users & what info/instructions would help.

I know what you mean Chrissie. Some things we just take for granted.

I'll have a look through the various instructions and see what I can add.

I already point our telephone customers towards AAEC and will sort out some better links when we've finished sorting out a few tweaks to the site.

Well after my faux par last night I am going to ask first!!
I am loving my Riva ( now I know I have to hold the button in..) so thought I'd try out the clearmizer. So before I make yet another mistake, what is the best way to fill it. Have read a lot on the net and lots of people get a burning TH. As I don't want that....over to the experts please
