Just thought I'd let everyone know about my latest experience of Cloud 9 ( www.cloud9vaping.co.uk )... I ordered some bits and bobs yesterday at 15:30... confirmation email received immediately, despatch email received within half an hour... Postman knocking on my door with my order at 07:00 this morning! That's 15.5 hours from internet order to receipt of goods... now that's faster than a really fast thing in running shoes! Sean

Lisa of Cloud9 may not be the cheapest supplier (she tries to be very meticulous about labelling, testing, etc) but she works her socks off to give good service. Thanks for the report. scylla

Completely agree Sean . . . not the cheapest of suppliers, but my goodness the speed of Lisa's service & the lovely packaging is awesome. I bought some of her RY4 concentrate recently and had my order delivered in under 24hours!

Completely agree Sean . . . not the cheapest of suppliers, but my goodness the speed of Lisa's service & the lovely packaging is awesome. I bought some of her RY4 concentrate recently and had my order delivered in under 24hours! Well after the comments she made about this forum's bulk purchases by your good self Perpy I am totally amazed that you still buy from Lisa. Must be a girly thing. I fully agree that Cloud9 is not the cheapest of suppliers. With regards to the lovely packaging I assume you are referring to the one piece of blue tissue paper that she wraps around everything. In my experience with her service I was totally unimpressed. Cheap clones says it all really. >

Sorry Kenny, but got to agree once again with everyone else. Lisa was entitled to her opinion re the bulk orders. I've also always had 100% customer service from Lisa, & the same as Sean - super fast shipping Hello & welcome Ach

Glad to hear that you have had good service Chrissie but I have not. Kenny, as you have seen on here, UKV & ECF, most people have always had good/excellent service from Lisa so it's not just me. I know things went wrong for you & I am sorry that happened. I should imagine that the majority of us has at one time not been 100% happy with customer service from some sellers (e-cig or otherwise). I know I've mentioned one in particular but from memory, you & others are very happy with them.

Could everyone relax a little? I only posted to say how fast they are. I've ordered from them twice and have been impressed both times. I fully accept that my experience may not be everyones but I just thought I'd let people know. Hugs for everyone! Sean

So I am not able to express my dissatisfaction with a vendor on an independent forum but its okay if I say they are good. I think then its time for me to go as it looks like I don't quite fit in. At least Lisa will breathe a sigh of relief. Sorry but its not in my nature to keep quiet and be nice about a bad deal.

Lisa doesn't post here anymore Kenny, nor is she likely to.
You've more than expressed your discontentment with Cloud9 in the past and we've more than sympathized . . . . all of us have had, at some point unhappy buyer experiences with suppliers.
The difference being, we say our piece and move on.

Kenny, we are an independent forum. It more than OK for you to to express your dissatisfaction but you have done it so many times. And Lisa won't breath a sigh of relief as she no longer visits here.
I really hope you don't leave us but if you do so, I'll be puzzled as you don't seem to ,ind folks on UKV praising Clud9?
