She is a Maine Coon Roachie. She hasn't got her full coat yet but i think she isn't ever going to be a really shaggy Maine Coon like some of them are. Mind you, that means she doesn't have to be groomed as often as some of my other Coonies

Ooooooo Chrissie, she is so, sooooo beautiful - I wish I could steal her or any of the others - envy!! But.... my 'mate' Elvis - yes the one who 'dumped' me over a year ago!, decided he wanted to be friends again at Christmas, I declined!! Then......... his grandson bought him a 'kitty' for Christmas - course I had to go and see her!! To my mind, she is gorgeous - no special breed - white all over except for a black/grey mark on her head between the ears - so he calls her Dotty - I call her Kitty!!! I did take some photos when I first saw her so will try to rake them out. Too tired now - just lugged all my 'art' stuff back from Pantiles. He had intended to have her as an indoor cat, but she sat in the window longing to to out. So he let her out for the first time last week. She has to go out of the window as he is in a flat (ground floor!!) and comes in the same way cos she wouldn't know how to get in through the front door. He only lets her out when he is home. I made him get all the injections and things done, just waiting for the the chip now - she lost her collar with tag. It's strange (and lovely) to see him with her - he's over six foot tall and nearly as wide. He's so gentle with her. So I am not quite kittyless now, but don't see her very often. I did visit last Sunday and she gave me a good looking over again, then went out of the window!! She popped back in to use the 'litter tray' - he says she always does that. then out again. So I have access to a 'kitty' !!!!! MM

Lovely story about your sometimes-kitty, MM. My first ever cat after I left home was a pure white one with a grey splogde between her ears. I was reading Russian literature at the time so I called her Pushkin She got run over on Sandy Lane, Biscovey, after me and hubby split up On a more cheerful note (I didn't realise I was going to remember that) what wonderful birthday photos of Kezie! Saved 'em all, thank you for saving me doing recognisable titles She really is a pretty cat. I may have given myself D&V eating an out-of-date tin of tomatoes in my chili. That's the only thing I can think of. Feb 2011. Excuse me! scylla

Cata and Chrissie - gorgeous cat pics. I would so love to add a cat to my crew - but no way would Chelly-dog tolerate it. I always know that there is a cat strolling through the garden - the noise indoors is unbelievable, and I am just amazed that the patio doors have survived. Teddy joins in the ruck, but I don't think he knows why. Bless him - he got very short-changed on the IQ front.

Roachie - lovely, lovely pics. Makes me so envious. Many years ago, my mum had a 'Buster' but he didn't look like yours! Sky Sky is gorgeous - I like scruffy type doggies (no offence meant) to you or Sky!!! MM PS Love her 'sticky up' ear too !!
