Within the last week I've seen or heard (radio or TV? can't remember) an RSPCA person making that very point. Damn these louts with their pitbull crosses >  I had a yellow lab puppy, took it to friends who had a Staffie puppy, quite a bit bigger. Love at first sight, they played so furiously I thought they'd both collapse, it was a delight to see  |

Labs are gorgeous i had one for 19 years she was a darling, Maisie actually shakes when she see's another dog, I dont think shes quite worked out shes not human just yet! any dog can be nasty, its how you bring them up but it does rile me to read bad stuff against them. I forget which country it is which banned them and actually made people put them down, breaks my heart.
this always makes me cry, im such a sofie!

Great pics josie - you should meet my daughter's Lhasa Fifi, she is a serious licker. She has recently taken to licking the washing machine and growls at anyone who comes near!

Great pics josie - you should meet my daughter's Lhasa Fifi, she is a serious licker. She has recently taken to licking the washing machine and growls at anyone who comes near! aww she sounds lovely, though the licking does get a bit annoying, i end up having to say "no lickey lickey " and then she sulks and makes a noise like a turkey! Lhasa's are so cute! |

Completely agree Josie, it's some of the owners that have sadly given Staffies a bad name, not the dogs Jasmine, he 11 year old Maine Coon that I took in just over a year ago is a licker She especially loves licking my nose  |

It was wasn't it Scylla & a bargain to boot BTW, I do vacuum every day - honest The crumbs you can see are the remains of the roast chicken chunks - if I'd put it all in separate bowls for them, they'd have eaten it all before I could take any pics |
