they are made from Borosilicate Glass = Pyrex after cutting they are fully annealed here a quote from the glass manafaturer :

Glass annealing is a vital post manufacturing process that removes residual strain from the glass caused by heating.

This effect is further magnified when items have varying thickness, multiple jackets or complex seals.

Items which are not annealed may be prone to cracking or prove weaker than expected when in service.

We anneal all glass components after working.

A typical annealing process would be to heat the whole piece in a kiln to around 565oC and then cool at a controlled rate to room temperature over 6 - 8 hours

the tanks will both hold the standard and xl cartos and daul coil cartos.

im still doing the pricing on them at the moment. but should have it nailed down really soon.

When!!!!. well just about to place the order for the steel and the glass tube as soon as paypal transfers the funds back to bank. some companies wont except it as a payment.

i think we could be looking 2-3 weeks to having the first batch done we are hoping after we get the materials

the Big Boaby tank holds 4ml liquid and the carto1.2ml.

I must admit, I'm not a great fan of tanks, if these things live up to their potential and work as good as they look, I could be convinced

i dont believe the standard boge cart is big enough, they would need a shorter glass tank for that. something we can look into.

ok to keep the price down on these as they are Bespoke. each set of caps is made to fit the glass tube to form the tank.

we are looking at doing the Big Boaby at £30 and the Wee Willy at £28 this could go up and down this isn't set in stone yet. plus there will be Vat to be added. but the 20% discount code looks aftr you for that.

no not yet only dual coil and std xl size or the Smok DCC flanged cartos
but iam sure we will be doing the std carto size soon as the first run is done of these

Plus becuase we are super nice guys we are thinking maybe someone could get lucky and get the money refunded for there Big Boaby or Wee Willy. lets say 1 in every 20 will get a refund. up to the first 100 tanks Sold. we will even give back the postage. 1st class recorded not special delivery

i will sit and write down a set of random numbers from 1-100, i will do 2 sets to give everyone a more even chance. no two numbers from both sets will be the same. thus meaning no one will get 2 tanks for free. it will be 10 random people. unless they should get super lucky and order at different times. this i cant stop
