Luckily the migraine has done one for the time being it was touch and go this morning for a while but the walk down to the swimming pool seemed to shift it I just have to shake the migraine hangover now lol. I am at the docs on Wednesday so will ask for something as they are becoming a regular occurrence at the moment |
