hey all im rob been using vapes since about 2010 ish but never fully stopped smoking but they did cut me down massively used to smoke a 50g pouch every couple of days.then last year really made the effort to cut down bought a lot of kit to use but never stopped completely anyway i finally managed to stop fully the back end of last year just had to find the right setup for me (goon and hexohm)
