I think my cartos are starting to die now, had around 15ml through 5 of them, and they came pre filled. Having said that I'm vaping through to an apple flavour which I don't think is as potent a flavour as the previous cherry.
Does that sound about right for the carto life?

Yep, think the problem is over vaping rather than over filling. I suppose it'll be easier when I get clearomisers. Difficult to say how long I'm making them last really.  |

Oh, just changed the carto, cherry flavour and throat hit hath returned, burn is gone. Still not quite got the hang of when to change though.

Yes, I probably am doing one of the above, but which? I don't really know when to stop vaping or to stop topping up. When topping up I'm dripping until it stops absorbing, at which point I blow through each end a bit and wipe the XS out.

Are you still enjoying your vape Rev? Certainly am! My cherry and apple flavours came the other day, and I refilled a couple of cartos. At first I thought I'd just made a mess and not done it right but it seemed to work fine, loving the cherry flavour now! Though in the process I managed to have a bit of a nicotine OD, think these juices vape stronger than the prefilled cartos although they're supposedly the same strength. Last night was rather amusing, took it to a club and saw another guy on the dancefloor having a few stealth vapes! I think he had a mini with a clearomiser, if that's possible?! Had a brief chat and exchanged vapes, what I heard him say was that he'd mixed tobacco and heroin flavour, though he can't possibly have actually said that... It was a very loud trance club. I was going to ask him later but didn't see him again. Battery ran out half way through the night >  and I had to go and get another out my jacket in the cloakroom. Then got talking to quite a few people in the smoking area about it lol, though I did have a few drags on my mates analogue. |

BTW, i didn't mean to sound rude, but you do have to work out yourself how often to top up. It depends on how long vapes you take etc. Just keep checking that the carto looks fairly moist and don't forget to avoid getting juice down the middle hole. If you do blow through it onto a tissue to clear it  No not at all, I'm sure I'll figure it out. |

Ah ok thanks. I wondered why very little was coming up on youtube searching for 'direct drip cartomiser'! So I should top up after each use? Also, what are dual coil and low resistance cartos and do I need to worry about them?

Right I've a few more questions now!
How many refills will my current cartos last?
What is the point of direct dripping? Why can't I just fill them using the condom method, vape them empty then repeat? Do I need to mess around dripping juice in after every vape sesh?
