Welcome back Flynt - it's so good to see you again I'm thrilled to hear you have given vaping another try & that both you & Mr. Flynt have done so well Lol, when I saw the title of this thread I thought you meant you had emigrated to another forum As if I would desert this fine Planet Vape in favour of some barren rocky outcrop in the Cyberland Galaxy ...I am shocked you would even consider I am capable of such a thing Chrissie... Tease-smiley Good to see you again too...hope all is good with you My thank's to everyone who has also posted on this thread

Ay up Chrissie and family...been quite awhile since I passed this way...much has come to pass in that time...some good and some not so good but hey...that's what it's all about...we are still smiling and enjoying life...hope it is playing fair with you all too. Bout a year ago I ventured into the land of the e-cig...bought a 510-T and faffed around with it on occasion but never really got into it seriously...until a week past monday...got up and had my usual coffee...but didn't fancy my usual rollie...although I have to say there have been quite a few occasions when I would not have my 1st smoke until late morning or early afternoon so I didn't think much about it at the time. Around mid afternoon I decided to break out the e-cig instead of rolling one...faffed around filling the carto and fired her up...coughed a few times until I found my rythm and I was vaping quite nicely...has been like that ever since and I can honestly say I have had no cravings for a "real" cig since then...not even while Mr Flynt was smoking a rollie and I stood next to him...it wasn't a tempting nor a disgusting aroma...it was just there. But the most amazing thing happened...Mr Flynt had been Googling e-cig kit's and said he would give it a go too...he found an Ego-T C4 kit with charger/2 batteries/2 tanks for £19.99 @ Vapeland (clearance price due to the case size being wrong one from suppliers)...anyway I ordered it last Tuesday...it arrived on Wednesday and by 3pm Mr Flynt had a fully charged battery and a filled clearomiser...and he too has been happily vaping since last Wednesday with no cravings either...he had about 1oz of virginia left but had no desire to roll/smoke a real cig...he gave the leftover tobacco to a friend on Saturday and all the ash trays are gone...we are now officially a non smoking household. Now as for Vapeland...an amazing company...I ordered some new clearomisers for Mr flynt last Thursday night...they were in post on Friday...arrived monday...then my old 510-T batteries decided to stop holding charge and were becoming hard work so I decided to order another C4 battery and a couple more clearo's so we could both use them...that was Sunday night...they arrived today (Tuesday)...their service is excellent and email updates are sent at each stage of the order process...I would recommend them to anyone who has not already used them. I ordered more juices too from Vapingvision...another excellent company with fantastic service...3 tobacco ones and decided to experiment a bit so ordered a Coconut and a Bubblegum one to mix with the others...loving the bubblegum...tis not half bad this vaping lark.

The feelings of nervousness...the trembling hands...the butterflies in your stomach...the excitement of the unknown...the fumbling as you try to reveal the object of your desire................ Yes I'm talking about your first e-cig here... Many of you are experienced (see I avoided using the "old" word) in the art of e-cigs now and can expound upon the various types and accessories with great authority but you were not always thus.... So let's take you back to the dawn of the e-cig time... You've never seen one...let alone tried to smoke one before...how was it for you?...a coughing fit or a breeze...did you take to it like a duck to water or was the learning process a long and slow one... Share your experiences with those of us who are just taking our first faltering steps upon the e-cig route to fulfillment & enlightenment

Ooo, Bovington Tank museum is absolutely brilliant, if you like that sort of thing (and I do ), wear stout boots and look aware and you might be picked to be in the display as I was, you get to wear a helmet, have a rifle, (pretend) shoot at a tank and be driven round in a APC. LOL, can you tell I enjoyed it UKcampsite in case you don't know of it btw, for picking campsites They get very booked up in high season, you might not be able to move around as much as you like, or you may be very limited where you can go (and the greatness of the site). Bovington is VERY high on our list of must visits...like all things military but especially tanks. Thank's for the info on UKCampsites...will look it up.

Bovy, used to live there, 4 higher wood takes me back a bit. flynt we went devon and cornwall a few years ago for our summer hols july august time camping as well, persisted it down non stop lol, not the best hol we have ever been on. We are off up Scotland this weeekend B+B where if it rains, sorry when it rains at least it's atmospheric Glencoe Lol. If it's forcast fair will go on the bike, if not car, top up though. There's no IF in Scotland Blue...it just rains...Glencoe is indeed very atmospheric and also frequently wet & misty...adds to the atmos...spent much of my childhood hols over that way and west coast...dragged screaming and fighting by the mother on a yearly basis...mountains/rocks and waterfalls are not that fascinating to a kid...seen one seen em all...lol What Bike do you have? we have a Yam 600 divvy and our 800 Suzuki Intruder which we had triked a couple of years ago.

Come to Cornwall Flynt Storm & Mrs Storm loved the cottage on a farm they stayed at recently & by what they told me about it, it would fit your bill - though I don't know about cost wise. Cornwall would be nice Chrissie...just haven't found owt to match our exacting criteria...yet...

FOUND IT! No Idea where it is though................................. Shame...it looks perfect Seriously though have you tried these: www.holidaylettings.co.uk/ i've used this site loads of times to find accomodation in Spain but they do the UK too. They have a pretty good search, you can drill down by area and type of accomodation required. Oh yes I recognise that web site...lol...nowt that fits the bill but thanks for the link.

Any suggestions?. We started our own business 2 years ago...now we need some "us" time. *insert tired smilie here*. No problem you will say..."google is our friend"...yeah I thought so too...but despite countless hours trawling t'internet and changing search terms all I can find are the "commercial" holiday companies...you know the ones I mean...*Country Cottages*...*Sykes Cottages*...*Butlins*...Hoseasons* et al...none of which are what we want. You see we are an odd pair by most peoples standards...we don't have TV (personal choice)...we enjoy reading/crosswords/music/walking/bird watching and other nice leisurely undemanding pursits...*sounds like an ad in the personals...lol* We've trawled all the Yurt/Tipi/Pods/Glamping holidays...but quite frankly they are taking the *proverbial* with their prices. All we want is self catering for 2...preferably during May...for 1 or 2 weeks...somewhere reasonably secluded/remote with no TV/Phone/Mobile Signal/Internet...no modern trappings needed...so we can totally relax...cottage/caravan...whatever. There must be somewhere that ticks the boxes...but I can't find it. So am wondering if any of the members here might have some ideas or know of somewhere that fit's the bill...we don't have any particular destination in mind...anywhere that is off the beaten track...the only area that is off our list is East & North East Scotland...purely because I left there 4 years ago and have no desire to go back on holiday. All suggestions appreciated. Flynt

Thank you very much Karma... As a Pagan I have followed your guidance for many years I do like the KISS method...it suits me very well...have just spent the day trying to decipher new motorbike licencing laws due in Jan 2013...still non the wiser except for a growing conviction that the DVLA do not subscribe to the "plain English" campaign...am awaiting a simplified reply...yes I know Pigs will fly 1st but I live in hope...LOL

Nods head in total agreement to Flynt loving to play with words Flynt, I've never used a T type e-cig. But it sounds to me like the juice isn't been fed properly from your tanks to your atomiser. A lot of folks have problems with the type of tanks you are using - usually problems with leaking. You would do far better to get yourself some cartomisers. Thanks Chrissie and everyone else. Daughter has been using the same one as I for awhile...she said her V5T 510-T leaks a bit...I haven't had that problem yet...is it age related... Cartomisers...ok I recognise the name but wouldn't know where to start...are they 1 size fit's all or do I need ones which are specific to the V5T 510-T and if so where do I look...by that I mean size/types/styles etc etc. If they had an engine now...Motorbikes n Trikes and I know...cartomisers n e-cigs are a whole new world for me...

Flynt is feeling encouraged by the warm and friendly welcome on the newbies area...so much so that Flynt has decided to visit the big boy's (& girls) territory...brave or what... *clears throat*...said in best Max Bygraves voice...I wanna tell you a story... (strange that I never could impersonate him till I started smoking e-cigs)... Ok...have the V5T 510-T from V-Cig.com. Charged batteries...loaded juice and proceeded to choke self...learned very quickly not to treat it as a normal coffin nail rollie... Was out on job Thursday...ideal time to try it out properly methought...didn't go quite to plan...despite much sucking the lack of vapour was striking by it's absence...hmmm...check light up end...looked a tad weak on the glow...maybe the batteries were not fully charged as I thought...so plug it into car charger and carry on puffing rollies for the mo. I decide to give it another go once home...suck...suck...suck...suck...nowt...not even a hint of vapour...change battery then...more sucking ...nope this one the same...no hint of taste or vapour...hmmm must be doing summat wrong methinks...will peruse Chrissies forum tomorrow for some hints and possible solution. In meantime I order a small quantity of juices from Liberty Flights...just small taster types to see if I like or not. So Friday dawns...new juices arrive in post and I log onto this outstanding fount of wisdom on all things e-cig related and begin to trawl through old threads...vids...tip & tricks et al...got a tad side tracked at times i must admit...some interesting stuff on here. Anyway I find several references to dripping and a few that suggested putting a few drops of juice on the atomiser first..."I'll give that a try" I say to myself...(I talk to myself a lot...usually get good advice in reply)... I digress...so I select a new juice (having sniffed them all and decided this one smelled not too bad)...and I put 3 or 4 drops into the atomiser...fit it all together and once again suck...gently don't want to choke my sen again...WooHoo...vapour and some faint crackling type noises from inside the atomiser...and this new juice aint half bad either...enjoyed a happy spell sucking and blowing So my question to those of you who are still awake and far more experienced in the gentle art of e-cig usage is this..... Is this the way (or best way) to get it to produce vapour...I am quite happy to be corrected if I have got it wrong and would be pleased to be advised by others more versed in the art than I ps...I know I have waffled on but I'm sure Chrissie will agree that Flynt loves to play with words...the more the merrier...I don't do short if it can be avoided...
